EAST FENCE
Got the fence tween neighbor to the east replaced, she agreed to pay 1/2, but so far has NOT responded to my request for payment. I will be nicely surprised if she pays anything. If she does not--well that will certainly set a tone for coolness 'tween neighbors, esp. after she was so agreeable to pay 1/2.
